Berna Şamiloğlu Acar iş hayatına 1995 yılında Arçelik’te başladı. Burada ‘Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, Kalite Yönetimi, Değişim Yönetimi’ gibi farklı alanlarda değişik roller üstlendikten sonra 2003’te Turkcell’e İş Ortaklığı Strateji Uzmanı olarak katıldı. İçerik servisleri ve iş ortaklığı alanlarında değişik yöneticilik sorumluluklarının ardından 2007 yılında İş Ortaklığı Geliştirme Bölüm Başkanı olarak atandı. 2007-2011 tarihleri arasında İş Ortaklığı ve İnovasyon Yönetimi, Gelişen Servisler Yönetimi, Mobil Pazarlama ve Kullanıcı Deneyimi Programı’ndan sorumlu Bölüm Başkanlığı rollerini üstlendi. Halen Yeni İşler & Girişimcilik’ten sorumlu Bölüm Başkanı olarak görev yapan Berna Şamiloğlu Acar, Galatasaray Lisesi ve ODTÜ Makine Mühendisliği mezunu, evli ve iki çocuk annesidir.

Berna Şamiloğlu Acar has started her professional carrier in 1995 in Arçelik where she held different positions in Supply Chain, Quality and Change Manament. In 2003, she moved to Turkcell as Partnership Strategy Specialist. After holding several managerial positions in Content Services and Partnering Management, she has been appointed as Partnership Development Division Head. Between 2007-2011 she has served as Division Head of Partnership Development and Innovation Governance, Emerging Services Management, Mobile Marketing and User Experience Program. She’s currently acting as New Businesses & Entrepreneurship Division Head. She graduated from Galatasaray Highschool and METU Mechanical Engineering, she’s married and has two children.

Alaaddin Alpay 2000 yılında Turkcell’e katıldı. CEO Office-Stratejik İş Geliştirme, Stratejik Pazarlama, İş Geliştirme ve İş Ortaklığı & İnovasyon Yönetimi gibi farklı bölümlerde görev aldı. 2008’de yenilikçi ürün ve servislerin dış inovasyonla sağlanması amacıyla kurulan Gelişen İş Ortaklığı Servisleri Birimi’nin yönetimini üstlendi. 2009-2011 döneminde iç ve dış ürün servis fikirlerinin değerlendirme/seçim sürecini yürüten ve inovasyon ekosistemini geliştiren İnovasyon Yönetimi & Stratejik İşbirlikleri Birimi’nin sorumluluğunu üstlendi. 2011’den bu yana Yeni İşler ve Girişimcilik ekibinde girişimcilik ekosisteminin gelişimine ve startup etkileşimine odaklı faaliyet gösteren Girişimcilik Birimi’nin yöneticiliğini sürdürmekte. Alaaddin Alpay Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Makine Mühendisliği lisans eğitimi sonrasında ABD-Georgia’da 2 yıl işletme yüksek lisans eğitimi aldı. Evli ve bir çocuk sahibi.

Alaaddin Alpay has been with Turkcell since 2000. He held various positions in different departments such as CEO Office- Strategic Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Business Developmentand and Partnering & Innovation Governance. He has been responsible for Emerging Partner Services, Innovation Governance & Strategic Alliances and Entrepreneurship units respectively. He has been in charge of building an innovation network and developing external innovation channels to both strengthen product and services portfolio and help create new partners from entrepreneurial community. He hase been the Head of Entrepreneurship unit under New Businesses and Entrepreneurship Department since 2011. Alaaddin Alpay has BS from Yıldız Technical University and MBA from US-Georgia. Married with one child.

Dr. Abdul Malek Al Jaber has a wealth of experience and a long record of achievements locally and regionally in the Telecommunications industry.

Dr. Al Jaber is the Founder and Chairman of MENA Apps the first company to focus on customer relations management, social media and its applications in the modern business as well as the first to introduce Arabic API in the MENA Region. The company exploits the untapped potential area of Arabic content and Applications in the Middle East and North Africa by triggering the innovative ideas of the Arab inventors and Entrepreneurs by introducing “Think Digital” concept. MENA Apps is also specialized in Consultancy, Content Market Research, Applications Development, Telecom services, Media Services as well as a multitude of other services related to ICT across the region.

Dr. Al Jaber is the former COO of Zain Group and CEO of Zain Jordan, where he was responsible for a double digit profit growth and for positioning the company as a key regional player in Mobile, Data and Content.

Prior to joining Zain, Dr. Al Jaber served as CEO and vice chairman of the board of the Paltel Group where he was also responsible for profits growth from $15 million to $100 million in 2005. During his tenure, the Paltel Group became the first Palestinian company to adopt the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Practice and Reporting, as well as the first company in the country to form a corporate foundation.

Dr. Al Jaber serves as chairman of the Golden Wheat Mills Company and chairman of the board of Holy Land and United for Energy Services. He is a member of the board of the Cairo Amman Bank in Jordan. Dr. Al Jaber is also a founder of Al Rafah Bank, the first micro-finance bank in the region and Member of the Board of Trustees of Aal El Beit University.

In 2010, Dr. Al Jaber was ranked by Global Telecoms, # 62 on its annual power 100 list. He is the first Jordanian recognized on this list. Again and in 2011 the same organization ranked him # 69. In addition to this, he was also ranked number 21 in the top 50 most powerful people in the Media, Marketing and Advertising in June 2011.

Dr. Al Jaber is a member of the Arab Business Council, The World Economic Forum, The Arab Technology Forum, The Young Presidents Organization.

Dr. Al Jaber is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology, McGill University, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the International School of Management in Paris. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering. In 2001 he was awarded His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum’s “Best Arab Manager Award for Excellence in Management” in recognition of his status as the leading business executive in Palestine.

Adam was most recently Global Head of Digital Media & New Business at Endemol (world’s largest TV producer). Prior to that he was a partner at venture capital firm Arts Alliance where he was involved with a number of companies including LOVEFiLM, Kenshoo, Propertyfinder, Prepay Technologies and Pi Capital. Adam was also co-founder and interim CEO of LOVEFiLM.
