Arda Ozgun graduated from the Bilkent University Computer Engineering and Information Sciences Department in 1994. His professional career started at Nortel Networks Netaş in 1994. He continued his career in Equant/Istanbul as Business Development Manager, in Nortel Networks/Canada, UK & USA as Network Solutions Architect and in PhotoNami Inc. Startup/Canada as Product Line Management between 1996 and 2002. He returned to Nortel Networks Netaş in 2002 as Technology Group Director and worked there for 7 years as leader of IP Multimedia Services group. He joined to Vodafone Group in 2009. He is currently working as Managing Director of Vodafone Teknoloji Hizmetleri-Oksijen ArGe.
