Mr. Erozlu has an MBA degree from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He has several years of business/financial analysis, and engineering experience. Prior to joining Arkan & Ergin Grant Thornton in November 2006, he worked at the Strategic Planning Department of Pasabahce Cam San. ve Tic. A.S. in Istanbul, at the Consolidation Department of Cognis Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in Düsseldorf, Germany and at the Technical Consulting Department of Production Modeling Corporation (PMC) in Dearborn, USA. At PMC, he has provided Industrial Engineering support for automotive projects of Big Three (General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler) and their suppliers. At Pasabahce, he prepared feasibility studies and comprehensive sector analysis. At Arkan & Ergin, Mr. Erozlu has been involved in various M&A and valuation projects in the energy, production, pharmaceutical and finance sectors.
